Launching llama NRG
Why LLAMA NRG Launched
The Nieting family, who migrated from Germany to the USA in the early 1900s, acquired farmland in Iowa with the aspiration of establishing a prosperous life for themselves and future generations. Over time, portions of the land have been gradually sold. As the family faced decisions regarding the use of their inherited land, we wanted to provide the true potential value of the land as the evolving demands in the land market have experienced a substantial increase in value due to factors renewable energy, mineral rights, carbon sequestration, battery storage, along with traditional farming. Our objective was to equip our family with comprehensive information on all available options, empowering them to make the most informed decisions that align with both their current and future needs.
